Online Music and Planning Tools

After a contract is requested you will receive a login account so you can begin planning your event on our website. This system is truly state-of-the-art and will enable you to browse our music library and submit song requests. Don't overlook the "Most Popular" section on the Music Database where you can get great ideas of what other people have been using for Bridal Party Introductions, Father Daughter Dances, Bride Groom First Dances and anything else you might imagine, You name it!

Intructions:
If you are a current Hesson Entertainment client, click below and choose the form you would like to edit. To navigate BACK to the "Client Area" (The first page) simply scroll to the bottom of each form and click on "Client Area". You will need to enter your event date and password to access the planning forms. Please remember to click "Save" on each document when finished and be sure to click "Submit" on your final versions at least two weeks prior to our meeting, that way we will have plenty of time to prepare. If you have any questions, or have forgotten your password you can request it again.
