Michael Hesson: Bowie, MD
Michael Hesson is the Director of Operations for Hesson Entertainment.
Michael is a very busy guy he runs the day to day operations of the business by meeting with clients, making sure all music and questionnaire information is correct as well as set's up most of the equipment on the day of the event.
Michael
has been DJ'ing and Emceeing Wedding's and Private Parties since the mid 1990's. In 2005 Michael Co-founded Hesson Entertainment with his Brother Ray. Together Mike and Ray train their entertainers to capture the essence of each one's unique talent by focusing on their best qualities while at the same time providing guidance and experience of the industry. Mike and Ray have had great success hiring the best and most talented DJ's they can find.
As an owner of the business, Mike believes in having resources available in the event of an emergency which is why he generally tries not to book himself personally for your event. This enables him to respond quickly to any problems in the unlikely event that something occurs. In some way shape or form Michael is involved in every Wedding that takes place with Hesson Entertainment.

DJ D-Hood: Arlington Va.
Soldier by day DJ by night! International DJ D-Hood has been spinning in the U.S, Germany Iraq and Japan. Over the past 15 years DJ D-Hood has been showing his love of music keeping the dance floor packed! Weddings, Corporate Parties, Batmitzvas... it doesn't matter! DJ D-Hood specializes in everything the crowd wants and will keep the party going. We are very happy to have DJ D-Hood on the Hesson Entertainment team; his experience shines through in everything he does from start to finish!

DJ ALEX: (Chevy Chase, MD)
Alex has had a passion for music since he was a child. Born in
Kensington, MD he grew up playing the drums and guitar in various
bands, performing at venues all over the Metro-DC area. During college
he continued playing in a couple bands and began his DJ career playing
at house parties and local bars/clubs in the NY area.
After graduating college in he moved to Los Angeles, CA with a
couple band members from high school and worked his way into the music
scene in Southern California. Alex has played all the famous Hollywood
rock venues such as The Whiskey A Go Go, Roxy, Key Club, Viper Room,
Angels and Kings, and many more.
While in California Alex began working as a DJ/promoter with a group
called SBE, which booked DJ's and performers for Hollywood's hottest
nightclubs. Alex has been seen on Hollywood Blvd at such clubs as
Eden, Blok, My Studio, and Voyeur!
Now he's back on the East Coast doing what he loves most! Playing and Deejaying music!

Jose Colon AKA "JC"
(Severn, Maryland)
JC hosted his own radio show in Belgium, Germany and most recently, New York. As a huge music lover, he knows music and how it influences the mind and body. Over the years Jose has found a love for Deejaying parties Weddings and other corporate events; his radio experience really shows when he is on the microphone emceeing the event. His ability to keep people entertained and on the dance floor comes naturally every time he steps behind the DJ booth.
JC's background includes experiences from both the civilian and military sides of the house. He was formerly trained as an Army broadcast journalist in 2001. He has since specialized in radio, videography and web design. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Thomas Edison College and has also obtained a certificate from Syracuse University for completing the Military Motion Media Program in 2008-2009.

Andrew(Drew) Fry: Silver Spring, MD
For as long as he can remember, Drew has been interested in music. From playing drums to working at record stores (remember record stores?), music has always been a huge part of his life. While working at Kemp Mill Records in Washington, DC, the free promos and concert tickets expandedhis musical tastes and knowledge from hip hop, top 40 and rap to classic rock and metal and everything in between. Take a ride with Drew and play radio trivia – he can name most any singer/band, song title and even album title heard on the radio!
Drew’s love for music led him to DJ in clubs in DC in 1995. He’s DJ’d for all size crowds – anywhere between 200 and 1,200 people. His vast musical knowledge allows him to adapt to any type of crowd in any type of venue. He prides himself on not playing music from only one genre, which has benefitted him when DJing weddings, house parties, corporate and embassy events and bars and night clubs. He is currently the resident Thursday and Saturday night DJ at Blue Iguana, a restaurant and bar in Fairfax, VA.
Drew developed superior customer service skills while working in retail and with patients as a Medical Biller/Insurance Specialist. He’s won awards for his exemplary customer service. Drew’s passion for music, calm demeanor and level of professionalism is evident every time he DJs whether it be a corporate party, bar or club or the most important day of your life – your wedding.

Ray Hesson: Arlington, VA
Ray has been in the music industry singing as lead front man in many different bands ranging from Rock to Bluegrass. He has recorded Lead Vocals, Guitar, and Keyboards on countless albums produced starting in the early 1990’s. He has also won MD
competitions in the category of vocals and group performance.
As a Co-Founder of Hesson Entertainment, Ray currently heads up our sales team here and helps in the day to day operation of the business. On most weekends he performs with his band Right Foot Red at countless
weddings and corporate parties throughout the year.
When the band isn't performing he also steps in to DJ Weddings and Private Parties for Hesson Entertainment.
Ray has been performing and emceeing Weddings and Private Parties since 1998

Ryan Clark: Annapolis, MD
Like many others here at Hesson Entertainment, Ryan is a professional musician who has been performing since the early 1990’s.
When performing with his band you can generally see a great musician who’s hidden behind a Drum Set,
leaving him with a void to fill. He does just that by putting himself right up front in the spotlight entertaining your guests specializing in DJ'ing Weddings and Private Parties.

since 2009 and now has become our MOST POPULAR AND REQUESTED DJ, we are very proud to have Ryan here on the Hesson Entertainment team!

Joe Weaver: Baltimore, MD
Joe is the best guitar player on planet Earth, back in 1979 Eddie Van Halen took guitar lessons and Joe had to quit teaching him because Eddie was a slow learner. Okay that was a joke, In all seriousness ;) Joe is arguably the most talented Guitar player in the Baltimore DC area. He loves to entertain with his band Right Foot Red at Weddings and private parties. Whenever Joe is not playing in his band he loves to DJ weddings and private parties, he does a great job as a result of his experience and passion for entertaining.
Joe has been working with Hesson Entertainment
since nearly the beginning as a partnership with his Band Right Foot Red. Ask for Joe to DJ or even have his band perform at your event.

John D’Austilio (Dino): Leesburg, VA
John has a very strong professional background and resume' which includes having run major events where the President of the United States spoke as well as other large political events on the mall in down town Washington DC. As a fulltime professional sound engineer John (Dino) still finds time to engage in performing as a DJ in night clubs and private events. Dino is no stranger to pressure; his experience taught him that having anything less than a 100% success rate is unacceptable. His technical expertise and passion for being a DJ go hand in hand which is why he fits in great here at Hesson Entertainment.

Tony Contino: Crofton, MD
Tony has always shown a keen interest in music and radio since childhood. Tony now has a strong 15 years plus of professional deejaying experience to date.
It all started when Tony joined his school radio station as a freshman. After only three short years at the radio station Tony surpassed everyone’s
knowledge on his team which led him to become the manager of the station by his senior year.
During that time Tony, was the “go to” guy for deejaying
college parties performing a wide range of music including top 40, pop, trance, house, and urban music. After holding two executive board positions
for his college radio station Tony became the FM Program director.
Two major qualities that set Tony apart from other deejay’s is; a very professional
attitude coupled with a tremendous amount of experience. To this day Tony continues to deejay mostly weddings, corporate events, and occasionally
night clubs.
